Motivational Monday




A quarter through the year can feel a little scary. Projects, plans and dreams that haven't yet been completed and we're 3 months down and only 9 to go. It can make you feel a little bit underwhelmed, stressed and anxious, but that's ok. Nine months is so much time to get so much done. This week take time to make yourself a cuppa, find a quiet spot and write a list. Not a to do list or a bucket list just a list of things you'd like to do in the rest of the year. Keep calm, breathe and enjoy.
